Girls are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of tree. The boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they just get the rotten apples from the ground that aren't as good, but easy. So the apples at the top think something is wrong wit them, when in reality, they are amazing. They have just to wait for the right boy to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree.

Kue Pukis ala chef Riana

Semalem saya iseng-iseng buat camilan untuk menemani acara nonton bola di rumah. heheheh... Ngomong-ngomong soal kue Pukis, saya memang sangat senang dengan kue tradisional yang satu ini. Klo ngelewatin tukang kue pukis yang lagi jualan di pinggir jalan, pasti langsung mampir dan beli. So, I decided to make this cake last night. and here the recipe :)

Bahan-bahan :

• 180 ml santan
• 1/2 sm ragi instan
• 60 ml air hangat
• 3 butir telur
• 100 gr gula pasir
• 150 gr tepung terigu

Cara membuat :

1. Kocok telur bersama gula hingga sedikit mengembang.
2. Tambahkan ragi instan lalu kocok lagi hingga rata.
3. Masukkan air hangat sambil diaduk-aduk hingga tercampur merata.
4. Masukkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam adonan telur dan gula.
5. Setelah itu tambahkan santan, kemudian aduk hingga adonan tercampur merata.
6. Tunggu 15 menit.
7. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan.
8. Masak adonan dengan api sedang hingga matang dan kecoklatan.

* catatan : supaya adonannya gak berbintil-bintil, ada baiknya sebelum tepung dimasukkan ke dalam adonan di ayak terlebih dahulu. Adonan dalam resep ini bisa menghasilkan 30 buah kue pukis dengan ukuran seperti gambar di atas.

hallo semuanya....
Ini merupakan tulisan pertama saya di blog ini. why i give this writing tittle " Hello.. i'm the new comer " is because this is my first time of making and writing on the blog. hehehehe... Ja harap maklum ya,.
First of all let me introduce my self...
Nama saya Riana Oktasari (lengkapnya) you can call me riana or just rie for the short. Tapi pada prakteknya di lapangan banyak temen-temen yang justru memanggil dengan nama yang berbeda (hehehe). Yupz sometime they call me by na,rianung, nung, min, or mince... sounds strange hah ?? But i doesn't matter lah,, krn tiap panggilan punya sejarah dan cerita tersendiri hehe (lebay sihhh)...
Anyway..Talking about my educational niii, saya masih tercatat sebagai mahasiswi semester tujuh Jurusan Teknik Informatika di sebuah Universitas Negeri di kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.. Dan doakan saja dalam waktu dekat bisa menyelesaikan pendidikan S1 ini. Aminnn...
